The high dielectric constant capacitor ceramic (barium titanate a titanium oxide) extruded into a tube, disc or disk as a medium, and the silver plated on the ceramic as an electrode made by the burn-in method. It is divided into high frequency porcelain dielectric and low frequency porcelain dielectric two. Capacitors with small positive capacitance temperature coefficient are used in highly stable oscillation circuits, as circuit capacitors and pad capacitors.
